In this episode of the Real Estate for Breakfast podcast, host Phil Coover interviews Chris Gersch, the founder and CEO of Verde Solutions (Verde). Chris serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Chicago, designing and teaching quantitative trading strategies and algorithmic system modeling, and often appears as an expert guest speaker for CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, and Fox Business News. Active in his community, Chris sits on many executive and advisory boards for professional and nonprofit organizations and is a distinguished member of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.
